Job description

X Community Manager Role Location: Remote / Capacity: Full-time About OpenArt OpenArt is one of the fastest-growing AI creative platforms, used by millions of people to create images, videos, stories, ads, and other creative work with AI. We move fast. We launch fast. And when we see an opportunity, we don't wait for a perfect playbook. We test, learn, and scale what works. We're looking for an X Community & Growth Manager to take OpenArt's presence on X (formerly Twitter) from 0 to 100. This is not a role where you simply schedule posts, reply to mentions, and keep the account ticking over. We want someone who can build a growth channel from scratch. You'll own X end-to-end: our main account, our presence across the wider AI and creator side of the platform, content, experiments, community programs, organic distribution, user acquisition, and the feedback loop between X and our product team. Your goal is simple: make OpenArt impossible to ignore on X. What You'll Own Turn X Into a Growth Channel You'll own the strategy, execution, and results for X. • Build OpenArt's X presence from the ground up • Grow our account into a genuine hub for AI creators • Set ambitious weekly and monthly growth goals • Run experiments across content, distribution, community programs, and acquisition • Find repeatable ways to turn X conversations into followers, OpenArt users, and advocates • Track what drives impressions, engagement, follower growth, traffic, and signups • Double down quickly when something works and kill experiments that don't Build a Community People Actually Want to Join Don't wait for people to start conversations. Create reasons for them to come back. • Create recurring formats, challenges, showcases, threads, Spaces, competitions, and community programs • Find ways to get OpenArt users sharing their work and workflows organically • Turn great community contributions into moments worth sharing, including quote posts and reposts that give creators real visibility • Identify and support highly active accounts who can become long-term community advocates • Develop systems that increase participation and retention as the audience grows • Manage replies, mentions, and DMs without making it feel corporate Win Beyond Our Own Account OpenArt's X strategy cannot stop at https://x.com/openart_ai You'll spend significant time understanding what people are already talking about across AI, video, filmmaking, design, advertising, and creator circles on X. • Find conversations where OpenArt can genuinely add value • Participate as a real member of the community, not as a brand account dropping links • Spot discussions, memes, formats, and topics before they become obvious • Build relationships with creators, power users, large accounts, and community leaders • Identify organic opportunities to introduce OpenArt without forcing the product into conversations • Understand what earns attention on X and what gets ignored Experiment Constantly There is no finished X playbook for an AI company growing at our pace. We expect you to help write ours. You might test a creator challenge one week, a new content format the next, a Space after that, and then find something completely different that works better than all three. We want someone who naturally asks: "What happens if we try this?" Then actually tries it. You'll be expected to generate ideas independently, launch experiments quickly, measure the results, and turn winning experiments into repeatable systems. Be Our Eyes and Ears on X X isn't only a distribution channel. It's one of the best places to understand what users actually think. You'll constantly track: • What people are saying about OpenArt • Why users love or dislike specific features • Recurring complaints and feature requests • What people say about competing AI products • Which new AI tools, models, workflows, and use cases are gaining attention • Changes in sentiment around OpenArt and the broader AI creative space You'll turn t
