Location: Indianapolis, IN 46260 Facility Name: Ascension St. Vincent Women and Infants Hospital, Ascension Medical Group Schedule: Full-Time (Day, Rotating) This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians and APPs Call structure: PRN call options may be available Practice setting: Inpatient / Outpatient mix (primarily based out of a busy MFM clinic with hospital support) Access to Athena (office), Sunrise (hospital), and Viewpoint (ultrasound) EMR systems, supported by a 109-bed Level IV NICU and dedicated multidisciplinary obstetric specialists Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration Manage comprehensive clinical evaluations, specialized diagnostic assessments, and evidence-based treatment plans for high-risk obstetric and maternal-fetal medicine patients across outpatient clinic and hospital settings. Collaborate closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, high-level prenatal and perinatal care.
