Day Shift (8:00AM - 4:00PM) Primary Purpose Complete export documentation and bill of lading (BOL). File all records. Check-in drivers for loads. Coordinate with loading dock about truck arrivals. Major Duties & Responsibilities Complete export documentation & bill of lading (BOL). Check-in drivers for loads. Coordinate with VRT Staff loading dock regarding truck arrivals. Housekeeping & filing (maintain electronic and paper copies for a minimum of 5 yrs.). Personal Development - Participate in training and development sessions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years’ relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint. #LI-VR1
