VISUAL MERCHANDISER Location : Panamá, Fashion Boutique Multiplaza Reports to : Head of Fashion Boutique Contract : Full-time and permanent contract position YOUR ROLE @CHANEL As our Visual Merchandiser you will maintain the highest level of visual standards in accordance with the CHANEL global image requirements. Your main objective is to fully showcase the vitality of CHANEL creations, bringing the energy of the fashion show to the boutique and enhancing the allure of the House. Within these frameworks, your responsibilities will consist of window display production, coordination and maintenance, along with any animations to be implemented throughout the year. A commitment to in-store VM updates through mannequins styling, display refreshes & adaptations with every collection launch. VM should serve as a supporting tool in contributing to positive sales performance. WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL Ensure clients are welcomed into a visually desirable environment including the maintenance of the windows (display, cleanliness, lighting, etc) and compliant assortment displays Ensure the correct implementation of CHANEL’s merchandising guidelines and procedures Feeding our clients' dreams and desire for CHANEL, by enhancing the presentation of the collections, embracing a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, its modernity and its know-how Embody the Chanel client relational promise Showing respect in handling the products, ensuring their integrity Contributing daily to the maintenance and restocking of the displays, along with weekly product rotations per category Being responsible for proper labelling and price displays Making the sales teams aware of the proper display arrangements Order and maintain all VM tools necessary for the correct functioning of VM requirements Being responsible for the quality of the tools used to promote the House’s products on display and monitoring the stock of VM tools, inventory and communicating needs to the manager Organizing every aspect of a collection launch including coordination with suppliers, preparation of merchandise, overnight set up and D-Day coordination for a successful implementation Lead each collection implementation and ensure proper communication with local and regional teams Regular update of boutique display via photo reports on the IWD platform. Collaborate with regional teams when necessary Leverage local tastes, client feedback and sales team notes to maximize sales performance through boutique displays.
