Essential Skills Serves as the company's primary videographer and visual content creator for larger-scale, national projects. Set tone and style for video projects nationally. Captures high-quality video and photography of construction projects, employee activities, client testimonials, events and corporate initiatives. Produces content for websites, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, recruiting efforts and internal communications. Collaborates with the Marketing & Communications team to develop creative concepts and content strategies. Designs and executes professional lighting setups for interviews, project documentation, executive communications, and marketing campaigns. Captures clean, professional audio for interviews, podcasts, presentations, and field productions. Edits, color corrects, mixes audio, and delivers polished video content for multiple channels. Creates platform-specific versions of content optimized for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites, presentations, and internal communications. Produces motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and product or process visualizations. Organizes and maintains photo and video libraries for future marketing and business development use.
