MUST BE SAFE AND OBSERVE ALL OF TYSONS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. General Labor (PR02) – Job Description The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks that support production operations, product quality, and facility cleanliness. This position provides assistance throughout the department as needed to ensure efficient and safe operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general production and labor tasks as assigned by supervision. Assist with product handling, sorting, packing, stacking, and material movement. Support production lines to maintain workflow and productivity. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Remove waste materials and keep workstations organized. Follow all company safety, food safety, quality assurance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Assist with setup, cleanup, and changeover activities as required. Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors. Work effectively with team members to meet production goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Commitment to safety, attendance, and productivity expectations. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the work shift. Ability to work in cold, wet, humid, or noisy environments. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Utility Worker – Job Description The Utility Worker is responsible for supporting production operations by performing a variety of tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow, product quality, and a safe work environment. This position provides assistance across multiple departments and may be required to perform general labor duties throughout the facility. Copilot said: Stacker – Job Description The Stacker (PR03) is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing finished products, boxes, trays, or materials for storage, shipping, or further processing. This position helps maintain production flow by ensuring products are properly arranged, secured, and moved according to company standards. Reworker – Job Description The Reworker (PR02) is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and reprocessing products that do not meet quality, packaging, or production specifications. This position helps ensure product quality standards are maintained while minimizing waste and supporting production efficiency.
