The Role The Senior Director of Operations will drive the strategic and operational excellence of Gigs, ensuring efficient scaling as we continue our rapid growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can set vision, optimize processes, and develop high-performing teams across multiple functions. You will collaborate closely with executives and teams throughout the company to deliver cross-functional initiatives, streamline operations, and support our ambitious business goals. What You'll Do • Lead, develop, and mentor operations teams to ensure productivity, professional growth, and a united company culture • Design and implement scalable processes to streamline key operational areas across the organization • Drive performance management and operational KPIs, reporting key insights and acting on improvement opportunities • Partner with executive leadership to set operational priorities and translate strategic goals into action • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve process efficiency, cost optimization, and business outcomes • Champion a data-driven approach to decision making and operational excellence • Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies • Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and tools to support business growth What We're Looking For • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, including leadership at a director or above level • Experience scaling operations in a high-growth, technology-driven environment • Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing, distributed teams • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and change management experience • Excellent communication, influencing skills, and executive presence • Strong process orientation and experience leading operational transformation • Experience with operational tools and data analytics platforms • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar
