Improve the flow and reconciliation of information between Technology operational processes and financial systems. Develop repeatable monthly and quarterly operating rhythms for reviewing forecasts, spend, commitments, risks, and opportunities. Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and financial processes using available data, analytics, and workflow capabilities. Establish process documentation, metrics, and controls that improve data quality, timeliness, consistency, and accountability. Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives requiring coordination across Technology, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, vendors, and delivery teams. Measure whether redesigned processes are delivering tangible improvements in forecast predictability, reporting cycle time, data quality, financial visibility, cost control, and decision-making.
