Wellmark believes in developing top talent with skills in multiple core areas. The associate program will give you access and hands on work in multiple areas of our technology organization. Throughout each or your rotations, you will be responsible for executing deliverables as directed by Wellmark leadership. You will take ownership in the development of critical skills and make a measurable impact by completing daily work, leading, and contributing to projects within Wellmark. You will interface and collaborate with a variety of areas in our division, including but not limited to user experience design, application delivery, application operations, data management, quality engineering, cloud services, and information security.      Program Details:       Start Date of Monday, June 7th, 2027    Multiple Program Spots Available (4)   2-year program made up of four, 6-month rotations to enable you to deliver value to Wellmark while gaining relevant career experiences within a technology division.     At the end of the 2-year program, you will have a role within the Technology division that balances your career preferences and the needs of the Wellmark Technology division at that time.     Rotations will be based on discussions with your rotation leaders and program sponsor. They will be individualized based on your skill set, career goals, and needs for Wellmark Technology.
