WHO YOU ARE You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related major at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date of June 2027 You have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher You have good verbal and written communication skills You are highly motivated and tenacious You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills through course work, projects, and or previous internship experience Experience learning programming languages and technology tools (examples include Java, Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Github) WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Technology Analyst at Northern Trust, you will have the opportunity to spend 27 months working with three different teams contributing to meaningful projects, developing relevant skills to solidify the foundation for your career while joining our inclusive and relational culture. A recruiter will work with you to determine the best organizational placement given your interests, skill set and relevant experience. Technology Analysts are fully integrated into engineering and technology teams, contributing to real financial solutions. Analysts gain an inside look into the innovative technologies, practices, and business solutions that power a frontrunner in financial services.
