Job description

Experience / Skills / Abilities:   Monitor process trends and KPIV/KPOV control charts in real-time to ensure production remains within acceptable limits. Interpret control charts to identify trends, shifts, or out-of-control conditions. Perform visual inspection job as part of QC function Maintain records, analyze trends, and initiate corrective actions to maintain consistent production quality. Collaborate with production, QC leader & engineering teams to uphold high-quality standards. Perform defect analysis and mapping to identify patterns and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Document all findings and issues in accordance & send out accurate quality report at the end of each shift   Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
