How you'll make an impact Drive pre-sales activities to achieve and exceed business growth targets. Identify, develop, and support the closing of strategic sales opportunities. Promote substation automation, distribution automation, and communication solutions. Deliver compelling technical presentations to executive, operational, and engineering audiences. Build trusted relationships with utility customers and key industry stakeholders. Collaborate across functions to support major customer initiatives and pursuits. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities. Support product evaluations, approvals, and customer adoption programs. Your background Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required. Advanced education such as an MBA, MSEE, or equivalent is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience within the power systems industry. Experience selling protection and control solutions, ideally within utility markets. Knowledge of substation automation, protection relays, SCADA, RTUs, and utility communication systems. Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
