Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer presentation. Building strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Conducting behavioral-based interviews to identify top talent that aligns with La-Z-Boy's culture, values, and leadership expectations. Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring journey. Leveraging recruitment marketing, data, and analytics to attract diverse, high-quality talent. Supporting internship programs, university recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and community outreach events. Maintaining compliance with employment laws, recruiting policies, and applicant tracking processes. Collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders to develop competitive employment offers. Providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders regarding hiring progress, market trends, and talent pipelines. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Ability to travel up to 10% as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Oracle, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Recruiting sourcing websites or similar platforms. Experience using recruiting metrics and data analytics to drive hiring decisions.
