The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone). Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees. THE ROLE: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs across the organization globally. You will help build high-performing teams while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruiting ● Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and proactively source candidates for technical positions, with a focus on quality and diversity globally ● Provide great candidate experience and clearly articulate candidates' skills and experience to hiring managers Pipeline Building ● Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings across all areas of APPLY ● Regularly update candidate pipelines and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS) ● Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates Collaboration ● Ability to support and collaborate across global regions, including North America, LATAM, and EMEA, with flexibility to accommodate varying time zones as needed. ● Partner closely with the talent team and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role ● Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and collaborate on strategies to attract top talent ● Work as an internal consultant and provide market insights to hiring managers, bringing broader business and organizational goals into the context of recruitment Candidate Management ● Initiate and maintain contact with potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience ● Effectively communicate the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates ● Provide clear, transparent, and timely communication — offering personal interaction and constructive feedback throughout the process Market Research Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for talent acquisition strategies ● Conduct market research to identify potential areas for talent acquisition and recruitment improvements REQUIREMENTS: ● 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the technology, professional services, or consulting space ● Strong understanding of technology and IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and related fields ● Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards such as Lever and Get On Board ● Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills ● Experience with AI-powered platforms including Claude, with ability to integrate them into day-to-day recruitment workflows ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ● High attention to detail and organizational skills ● Strong business acumen to help bring broader business and organizational goals into context as it relates to recruitment Nice to Have ● Bac
