What you’ll do: At Primark we  do it our way…so here is a taste of what you can expect in the role: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring solutions. Source and attract talent through direct sourcing, social media, and AI tools. Conduct interviews and provide candidate assessments. Manage offers, onboarding, and recruitment administration. Track recruitment performance and maintain accurate ATS/CRM data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure an excellent hiring experience. Ensure compliance with GDPR and recruitment best practices. What You’ll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: 2-3 years' full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house. Strong sourcing, talent attraction, and candidate engagement skills. Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience using digital and social sourcing channels to build talent pipelines. GBS model experience is advantageous.
