This is your chance to grow, challenge yourself, and experience what a meaningful career in HR looks like inside a global tech company.  What You’ll Experience  You’ll own a real project within one of WD’s specialized HR teams—such as Talent Acquisition, People Intelligence & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, and more. We’ll match you to a team based on your strengths, interests, and business needs.  Throughout the summer, you’ll participate in a structured learning curriculum designed to build core early‑career and HR‑related skills. You’ll get hands-on experience with modern HR tools and analytics, collaborate with teams across the HR function, learn directly from HR leaders, and wrap up the program by presenting your capstone project to WD leadership. You’ll leave with real-world experience, new connections, and clarity about where your HR career could go.  Who You Are  You’re curious, collaborative, and excited to dive into the people side of business. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.
