Per Diem Substitute Paraprofessional Rate: $18.00 per hour Qualifications: Passed Praxis Associate's degree, 60 college credits, or a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment (or willingness to obtain) preferred. Experience working with children with disabilities is strongly preferred. Ability to remain patient, calm, and positive in a fast-paced school environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow teacher directions and district protocols. Ability to lift, move or support student physical needs as required.
