This leader is responsible for personal sales, store sales goals, leading a team, managing operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the store's success and contributing to overall company growth and is held to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism. Total Compensation Range: $70,000 - $105,000 per year (inclusive of base, commission and bonus) Job Description: Lead. Sell. Earn. Key Responsibilities: Drive store and individual sales goals and performance. Coach, train, and motivate the sales team. Champion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design program. Recognize top talent Deliver an exceptional, branded customer experience. Support sales events, promotions, and store operations. Address customer concerns and help maintain a clean, professional showroom. Partner with leadership to improve sales and operational results. Operations: Resolve customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations. Support planning and executing sales promotion and events. Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence. Ensure proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures. Uphold brand visual standards in the store by ensuring cleanliness in employee and customer areas. What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of sales or retail experience Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with strong business and financial understanding. Retail sales management experience preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must pass background and drug screening. What You Can Expect: Total Compensation Range: $70,000 - $105,000 per year (inclusive of base, commission and bonus) Base Pay: $70,304 per year Commission & Bonus: Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 3% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales.
