What You'll Do: Provide direct resident care with dignity, kindness, and compassion Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Answer call lights promptly and address resident needs Monitor residents throughout the night and report changes in condition to the nursing team Help create a calm, comfortable, and safe environment for residents Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care What We're Looking For: Current Ohio STNA certification Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively during overnight hours Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Why Join Hillsboro Post Acute?
