Job Summary: As an R&D Engineer, you will develop cells for customer applications, from design to mass production. Key Responsibilities: Design cells to meet customer requirements (form factor, capacity, power, etc.) Verify performance, reliability, and safety at each development stage Transfer developed cells to mass production and provide technical support to customers Qualifications: Major in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Energy Engineering, or related fields Understanding of Li-ion / secondary battery fundamentals and electrochemistry Experience in cell design, assembly, or process development Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pouch cell development or mass production transfer Experience with cell evaluation (capacity, power, cycle life, safety, etc.) Experience with global collaboration or technical English documentation
