Job Function The .NET & AI Solutions Engineer will be an integral member of the Software Development team and will be responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting secure full-stack applications and AI-enabled solutions. The individual will work with business owners and subject-matter experts to understand requirements and translate business needs into maintainable applications, APIs, integrations, workflow automations, copilots, and AI agents. The role will support the design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing operation of solutions using .NET Core/C#, Angular, Microsoft Azure AI, and approved enterprise data platforms. The .NET & AI Solutions Engineer must also ensure that application code, integrations, security controls, AI outputs, and supporting documentation meet technical and functional requirements and follow approved development, security, and governance standards. Application Solution Design – Able to identify, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable application and AI solution designs. Work with business owners and subject-matter experts to understand business processes, requirements, constraints, and expected outcomes. Translate functional requirements into technical designs for applications, APIs, integrations, workflow automations, and AI-enabled solutions. Design solutions using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, Microsoft Azure AI, and approved enterprise platforms. Define application components, service boundaries, interfaces, data flows, security controls, error handling, monitoring, and support requirements. Participate in peer technical design reviews and incorporate feedback from business, application, security, and Data & Analytics teams. Identify opportunities to reuse existing services, APIs, data platforms, AI capabilities, integration components, and development patterns. Full-Stack Application Development – Able to develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain modern enterprise applications that meet business
