In Thailand we are looking for a Site Coordinator to conduct initial site data collection, performing ocular inspections, maintaining field inventories, and providing daily administrative and operational support to the Land Development team in accordance with Thai legal and corporate standards Job Description • Site Inspection and Identification: Conduct ocular inspections and site validations, identifies, assessness and records affected properties, landowners, claimants and tenants. • Asset & Crop Inventory: Performs detailed field inventories of affected improvements, including crops, plants, trees, houses, and permanent/temporary structures for compensation evaluation. • Document Collection & Administrative Support: Coordinates with landowners to assist in collecting land ownership documents (e.g., Title Deeds/Chanote, N.S.3K), rights agreements, and identity verification documents required for land acquisition files. Verifies document accuracy, rectifies any discrepancies, and facilitates the lease registration process • Field Monitoring: Conducts routine site visits to ensure boundaries and markers are intact and reports any unauthorized intrusions or site modifications to the Team Lead. • Dismantling & Clearing Verification: Inspects compensated sites to confirm that structures/crops are properly cleared and relocation is executed outside the acquired project boundaries.
