Integrated Service, Risk and Performance Assurance Maintain an end-to-end view of technology health across products, platforms, infrastructure, cyber, data, digital services, sites and delivery. Work with Technology Site Partners to understand site-level service experience, operational constraints, resilience concerns, local risk and compliance issues, and recurring pain points. Use service, operational, experience, financial and risk data to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities, while ensuring material risks, compliance gaps, resilience concerns and dependencies are visible, tracked and escalated through the right forums. 3. Portfolio, Investment and Technology Roadmap Visibility Provide an integrated view of strategic initiatives, portfolio delivery, lifecycle needs, demand, costs, funding, benefits and dependencies affecting the assigned region. Represent stakeholder needs in CTO discussions and highlight where technology, data, automation or emerging capabilities could improve performance, productivity, resilience or customer outcomes. 4.
