About the Opportunity About the Liquidity Platform The Liquidity Platform provides technology covering the full lifecycle of cryptocurrency trading, including venue connectivity, real-time market data processing, automated quoting and trading, order execution, position management, risk controls, and data analytics. The platform connects to centralized exchanges, decentralized venues, and event contract markets worldwide. It supports spot, derivatives, and event contract products and provides stable, efficient infrastructure for our liquidity business. About the Options Market Making Team The Options Market Making team develops and operates automated options quoting and trading systems. Our responsibilities span market data integration, options pricing, volatility and Greeks calculations, automated quoting, order execution, position management, hedging, and risk controls. The team owns the complete trading lifecycle and continues to advance both the multilingual development of our trading systems and our AI-native engineering practices. In this role, you will contribute across the trading system, develop an understanding of its different business domains, and take end-to-end responsibility from requirements analysis and implementation through production operation. What You’ll Be Doing Design, develop, and operate automated options market making systems covering market data, pricing, quoting, order execution, hedging, positions, and risk controls. Work closely with trading, quantitative, and product teams to translate business requirements into reliable, testable production systems. Contribute to the development of trading systems and continuously improve the performance, stability, and maintainability of critical trading paths. Follow an AI-native engineering approach by applying AI coding tools to requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and code review, while remaining accountable for the quality of the final delivery. Improve testing, monitoring, alerting, and recovery capabilities, and participate in incident resolution and post-incident reviews. Own the technical design and code review of core modules. Senior and Staff engineers will also lead cross-module projects and architectural evolution. What We Look For In You Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline. At least two years of experience in backend engineering, real-time systems, infrastructure, or trading systems. Proficiency in at least one of Java, Rust, or C++, with the ability to work effectively in a multilingual codebase. Strong computer science fundamentals, including operating systems, network communication, multithreading, concurrent programming, and distributed systems. Proficiency in using AI coding tools for requirements analysis, development, testing, and code review, with the ability to independently evaluate and validate AI-generated designs and code.
