We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP) to drive design, integration, and innovation across enterprise applications. This role will play a critical part in enabling digital transformation by leveraging agentic AI services, ensuring scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and modern cloud-native solutions. Essential Functions This position brings strong technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across IT, functional teams, and external partners. Apply SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP) three-layer architecture principles across solution design, development, integration, and governance. Solution Design & Architecture Design and deliver agents, applications, automations, and workflows. Joule Studio 2.0 - Develop solutions using low-code, pro-code, and intent-based development approaches. Agent-to-Agent communication and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) - Enable interoperable agent collaboration and contextual tool access. Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable solutions using BAIP services (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build, CAP, etc.) Define and implement extension strategies for SAP S/4HANA and other SAP/non-SAP systems Ensure adherence to clean core principles and SAP best practices Contribute to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance Integration & API Management Design and implement integrations using: SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh) REST, OData, SOAP APIs Enable event-driven and API-first architecture Ensure high-quality, secure, and reusable integrations across enterprise systems Application Development & Extensions Build intelligent automation, AI agents, and knowledge-driven applications. Drive testing and automation/AI strategies Develop applications using: SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry environment) CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) SAP Build Apps / Fiori / UI5 Build extensions for S/4HANA, Commerce, and other digital platforms Ensure code quality, version control, and automated deployments Ensure compliance with DevOps and CI/CD best practices Stakeholder Collaboration · Partner with technical and functional IT teams and stakeholders · Translate business requirements into technical solutions · Work closely with AMS vendors, system integrators, and global teams Governance, Security & Compliance Ensure security, compliance, and controlled lifecycle management for AI solutions. Implement enterprise-grade control over AI operations. Monitor, audit, and govern AI agents within SAP AI Agent Hub. Manage data access, system permissions, and agent behavior.
