Position Details Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – QA-BA-Insurance Function/Department: Technology Employment Type: Full-time Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Quality Engineering professional with strong experience in QA and Business Analysis within the insurance domain. This role requires a candidate who can operate effectively in both QA and BA capacities, demonstrate strong ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Execute quality engineering activities across the software development lifecycle Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate requirements Translate business requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria Contribute to both QA and BA responsibilities as required Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure solution quality Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and resolve defects Manage competing priorities and deliver assigned work within agreed timelines Demonstrate accountability and ownership for assigned deliverables 7–10 years of relevant experience Strong experience in QA and Business Analysis Experience in the insurance domain Proven ability to work independently and take ownership Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Why Join Us?
