Job Description: Business Title Senior Software Engineer Years of Experience 4 to 6 years Job Description : We are looking for an RPA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in UiPath to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions. The candidate will collaborate with process experts to identify process improvement opportunities, gather requirements, perform feasibility studies, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions. The role requires experience in UiPath development, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Document Understanding, AI Center, and finance-related automation. Must have skills • UiPath RPA – Hands-on experience • End-to-end RPA lifecycle • Bot development, testing & deployment • UiPath Orchestrator • RE Framework • Requirement Gathering & Analysis • Technical/Functional Design • VBA / Excel Macros • .NET knowledge • SQL Database & Queries • Finance-related Automation experience • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Good to have skills : • UiARD Certification • UiPath Document Understanding • UiPath AI Center • AI Agents • Microsoft Power Platform • Additional knowledge of automation tools/technologies Key responsibilities : • Gather and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives. • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath. • Collaborate with process experts to identify and implement process improvement opportunities. • Design future-state automation solutions and obtain review/sign-off from process experts. • Perform Proof of Concepts to assess automation feasibility. • Translate business and technical requirements into technical designs. • Conduct feasibility studies and identify process/technical gaps. • Develop functional and non-functional system requirements. • Deliver automation solutions within agreed timelines. • Participate in peer reviews and ensure code adheres to defined design standards. • Support the complete RPA lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment and implementation.
