About the Role: The Senior Global Managed Access Manager is an experienced Global Managed Access Manager who is accountable to execute the allocated managed access programs (early access, compassionate use, post trial access) to time, target, with high quality, compliance and within budget. In addition, the Senior Global Managed Access Manager provides onboarding, mentoring, training and support the team, and takes leadership in tasks delegated from the Head of Managed Access Programs (For example, KPIs, metrics, CAPAs, process changes, quality monitoring, vendor oversight, and supervises exrernal support for the team as applicable. You will drive excellence in Managed Access and manage: Implementation and execution of Access initiatives up to completion (all Therapeutic Areas/all products) with high quality as per Ipsen’s standards and requirements Supervision of Managed Access initiatives when handled by Ipsen affiliates. Onboarding, mentoring and support of team members, and supervision of external team members as requested. Take leadership in tasks delegated from the to support the team. This role is critical for the operational delivery and effectiveness of Managed Access initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to operational excellence through process/documentation improvement and knowledge sharing For any new Product/Indication (Ipsen development, new acquisition or new licensing agreement), work to coordinate with the cross-functional stakeholders from the Asset Team and other Global/Local functions As per endorsed strategy by Product/Indication, participate in the design of the Managed Access operational aspects Develop by Product/Indication the Managed Access documentation Be responsible for budget preparation of global Managed Access is responsible of global Managed Access plans against timelines and budget Be responsible for centralization of product forecasts, based on the information from Affiliates & Alliances.
