Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-Driven Platform) at Sigma Software

Job description

Design and develop scalable Full Stack features for the AI biomanufacturing platform Own product functionality end-to-end from architecture to production deployment Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces Collaborate with ML Scientists and Data Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into the platform Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, and technical documentation Mentor Junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices Communicate directly with pharma clients and domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance 5+ years of commercial Full Stack software engineering experience Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript for backend development Experience with frontend development and modern web technologies Strong understanding of relational databases, API design, and distributed systems Experience delivering production-grade software with scalability and reliability considerations Good understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Strong communication and collaboration skills Upper-Intermediate or higher English level Ability to take ownership from problem discovery to solution delivery WILL BE A PLUS Experience working in regulated industries such as GxP, GMP, or HIPAA environments Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or LLM-powered products Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biomanufacturing domains Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation PERSONAL PROFILE Proactive and ownership-driven mindset Strong problem-solving skills Passion for building impactful products Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Curious, adaptable, and fast-learning personality Attention to quality and engineering excellence
