The role also interfaces externally with payment networks and industry partners, including Visa, Mastercard, and other payment system operators. Due to the enterprise scope of this work, there will be intentional organizational friction, requiring strong alignment, influence, and leadership across teams without direct authority. The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with disciplined execution, shaping direction, priorities, and investment decisions while driving delivery of emerging and traditional money movement capabilities at scale.
