ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY: Provide technical support and engineering solutions to improve productivity, quality, cost, and process efficiency. Lead automation and process improvement projects from opportunity identification through development, validation, and deployment. Develop automation solutions to reduce manual work, improve process stability, and minimize human error. Monitor yield, process performance, capacity, and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Lead problem solving and root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions. Develop and maintain process instructions and standards to ensure consistent operations. Evaluate project effectiveness based on productivity, quality, cost, capacity, and process performance. Supervise and provide technical guidance to technicians and team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and resolve manufacturing issues. REQUIRED:​ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field. 0–2 years of engineering experience; new graduates are welcome. PREFERRED:​ Basic knowledge of automation and robotic technologies. Familiarity with FMEA, 8D/problem-solving methodologies, Quality Control, ESD, and contamination control. Basic knowledge of manufacturing, HDD business, and test processes. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI), Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and QCC. SKILLS:​ Technical Skills Proficient in computer applications and able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Basic skills in project management, process improvement, problem solving, and innovation. Core Competencies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
