ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, quality and cost. Release, add and change process instruction. Establish appropriate performance report. Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving. Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way. Perform related work as assigned. Coordinate with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product. Give advice for team performance improvement per section goal setting with proper training and supervision. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field Experience at least 3 years in Engineering or related field PREFERRED: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment Knowledge of HDD Process & Technology, HDD Quality Management and ESD & Contamination  Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts  SKILLS: Fluent English communication and Computer operation Problem solving and Decision making skills Data analysis skills (Excel, basic statistics) Project Management skills Innovation skills Coaching skills #LI-UJ1 WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
