Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Constructability Manager to bring practical construction expertise to the earliest stages of our national data center development pipeline. This role will evaluate prospective sites from a construction feasibility, execution, and risk perspective, helping Rowan understand what it will take to build each project safely, efficiently, and predictably before major development and design decisions are finalized. Working closely with Development, Engineering and Solutions Architecture, the Senior Constructability Manager will develop formal, decision-ready site constructability assessments and executive summaries that identify critical constraints, key assumptions, risks, mitigation strategies, and recommended next steps. The role will participate in structured constructability reviews as designs advance, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to improve cost, schedule, safety, quality, and ease of execution. As the primary Project Delivery representative during Preconstruction, this individual will connect early development and design activities with the realities of field delivery, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, general contractors, and trade partners as appropriate. Success requires strong field judgment, disciplined analysis, concise executive-level writing, and the ability to influence decisions without direct project authority. Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% to prospective and active project sites nationwide. Location: Denver, CO (3-day hybrid in-office role) Compensation: $150K - $185K (Offers Bonus) Essential Responsibilities Conduct on-site constructability and construction-feasibility assessments for prospective data center sites across the United States, supporting early pipeline screening and investment/development decisions Prepare formal written site assessment reports, concise executive summaries, and clear recommendations in collaboration with Engineering and Solutions Architecture; distinguish verified conditions, assumptions, open items, and material risks Evaluate, among others, site access, topography, grading, geotechnical considerations, drainage, utilities, adjacent infrastructure, laydown and staging, heavy-haul routes, workforce availability, and local construction market conditions Identify potential challenges involving civil/sitework, foundations, structural systems, building envelope, major mechanical/electrical infrastructure, utility interfaces, and site/campus expansion or phased development Assess construction sequencing, temporary works, logistics, early works, enabling infrastructure, permitting dependencies, and schedule-critical constraints that could affect project feasibility or speed to market Participate in and help organize formal multidisciplinary constructability reviews at key design milestones; document observations, assign follow-up actions
