DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Intake & Requirements Own intake and triage: Assess Salesforce requests by scope and impact, route work to the right path, and escalate priority conflicts to Salesforce leadership. Lead requirements gathering: Document user stories and acceptance criteria and resolve gaps with stakeholders before configuration begins. Analyze impact: Evaluate how changes affect data, automation, security, reporting, integrations, and markets before recommending a solution. Configuration, User Experience, Access & Data Configure the platform: Build declarative solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, including objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and Flow. Maintain Service Cloud: Manage case management, including queues, assignment and escalation rules. Administer Field Service: Configure work types, service territories, scheduling policies, the dispatcher console, and the mobile app. Design for users: Create role-based desktop and mobile experiences with Lightning pages and Dynamic Forms that reduce clicks and errors. Deliver reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give teams and leadership reliable visibility into performance. Build for scale: Apply approved architecture standards and reusable patterns, and support onboarding new markets onto the platform. Manage access: Administer users and licenses and support the move to least privilege access through permission sets and permission set groups. Support data governance: Lead cleanup, imports, deduplication, and reconciliation, preparing data for reporting, analytics, and AI. Testing, Release & Adoption Manage environments and deployments: Maintain sandbox environments and deploy configuration changes in line with release controls. Test thoroughly: Complete pre-UAT testing, including permission-based and regression scenarios on desktop and mobile.
