The scope of the role ranges from managing smaller spare parts orders to handling larger and more complex orders involving both products and services. Grethe Westvig, Manager Order Management HVDC Service As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth order execution from order entry to final invoicing. Drive and coordinate the order management process using SAP S/4HANA. Ensure high-quality and accurate order handling in line with customer agreements and internal requirements. Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to secure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. Manage purchasing activities and proactively monitor material deliveries to support successful project execution. Handle invoicing and payment follow-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient financial flow. Take an active role in developing and improving processes, systems, and ways of working. Your background 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Order Management, Sales Support, Purchasing, Logistics, or Finance. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is required. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage. An educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders across the organization. A proactive and structured approach, with a natural sense of ownership and accountability.
