Job description

Project Description: Support the Sales team in transforming our existing Airtable opportunity database into a prediction-driven pipeline management system. The intern will consolidate opportunity flag deal risk (stage aging, close-date slippage, forecast accuracy etc..) and build automated workflows that trigger follow-up actions on stalled opportunities and clean up the database. The project includes designing dashboards for management review of Top opportunities by individuals and regions and product lines and integrating AI tools to summarize issues and support needs to prioritize resources. The intern will gain direct exposure to account management, go-to-market analytics in the high-growth RF and Optical semiconductor market.
