We're looking for a detail-driven, fast-adapting Sales Administration Senior Analyst to join our MENA team, based in Cairo. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our sales operations — validating opportunities, maintaining CRM data, and keeping things moving across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams spanning Egypt, Dubai, Morocco, Turkey, and KSA. Working Schedule: - Full-time position, working 8 hours per day, Sunday through Thursday - Weekend: Friday and Saturday What You'll Do We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Admin Senior Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the core responsibilities of the "analyst" role while demonstrating a higher level of experience, ownership, independence, and business understanding. Key Responsibilities: • Perform all core responsibilities and daily activities associated with the analyst role, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. • Handle more complex tasks and cases, using problem-solving skills to identify appropriate solutions. • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. • Provide support and guidance to the team members when needed. • Cover urgent tasks, requests, and email communications when the manager is OOO or when additional support is required. • Proactively follow up on pending requests and ensure issues are addressed and escalated when necessary. • Maintain clear and professional communication across different teams. • Continuously develop knowledge of processes, systems, and business requirements. • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and take on new areas of responsibility. • Stay curious and proactive in understanding the broader image and identifying opportunities to improve processes. What You Need For This Role • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field. • Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken. • French is a plus. • 2 - 3 years of experience. • Previous experience in an Analyst position or similar role, with demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proactive mindset. • Ability to support /guide team members and contribute positively to the overall team environment. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities when needed • CRM or Salesforce experience (a plus) • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and updates.
