Job description

To ensure safe and efficient plate rolling operations while maintaining product quality, production targets, and equipment reliability. Set up and operate plate rolling machines for fabrication activities. Perform rolling operations for cylindrical, conical, and curved components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Monitor rolling accuracy, dimensions, and material quality. Perform basic machine inspections and routine maintenance. Ensure all activities comply with company HSE and quality standards. Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet project schedules. Minimum 5 years of experience operating plate rolling machines, preferably in heavy plate fabrication. Experience in Oil & Gas, pressure vessel, or structural fabrication will be an advantage. Able to read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication documents. Good knowledge of metal forming processes and material properties. Familiar with machine operation, safety procedures, and quality requirements. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
