United by curiosity and a culture of caring, we develop smart solutions that anticipate our customer’s and partner’s needs and solve their challenges. Being part of Zebra Nation means you are seen, heard, valued, and respected. Drawing from our unique perspectives, we collaborate to deliver on our purpose. Here you are part of a team pushing boundaries today to redefine the work of tomorrow for organizations, their employees, and those they serve. You’ll have opportunities to learn and lead in a forward-thinking environment, defining your path to a fulfilling career while channeling your skills toward causes you care about—locally and globally. Come make an impact every day at Zebra. What We're Looking For: Zebra Technologies is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst - Forecasting & Analytics to join our team in Brno. In this role, you will become an essential part of our EMEA Sales Operations organisation, partnering directly with commercial leadership across EMEA to turn raw sales data into timely, predictive business insights. This role requires a dedicated focus on commercial revenue forecasting and pipeline modelling (representing ~50% of your focus), working closely with regional Sales Directors to steer outlooks, identify performance trends, and evaluate pipeline health across service lines. The remainder of your role will drive operational excellence across the wider team, managing regular reporting frameworks (MBOs/KPIs), standardising cadences, and leading ad-hoc commercial analytics projects. This role operates under our standard hybrid policy, requiring 3 days in the office per week alongside 2 days of remote work from home. Our office in Brno is located at Vlněna Office Park. Responsibilities: Commercial Forecasting & Pipeline Modelling: Support end-to-end sales forecasting, trend analysis, and pipeline modelling for EMEA Services sales segments. Support weekly and quarterly outlook reports, monitor pipeline health, evaluate historical conversion rates, and proactively flag revenue risks or upside opportunities ahead of quarter-end. Commercial Business Partnering: Act as a trusted commercial advisor to regional Sales Directors and sales leadership. Translate forecasting models and complex data into concise, executive-ready narratives and actionable commercial recommendations. Process Modernisation & Efficiency: Proactively evaluate workflows, standardising and automating regular reporting cadences (MBO/KPI reporting, regional scorecards) to eliminate manual effort and ensure high data accuracy. Analytics & Systems Alignment: Convert commercial forecasting needs into scalable reporting and dashboard requirements, collaborating with technical and operational counterparts to optimise reporting tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with peers across Brno, Germany, the UK, and regional field teams to ensure alignment across hardware, services, and software revenue lines. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field. At least 3 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Commercial Analytics. Forecasting Track Record (Mandatory) : Demonstrated, hands-on experience in business and sales revenue forecasting is a must. You must have direct experience building outlook models, analysing pipeline stage progression, and tracking conversion trends against targets. Proven expertise in data analysis and modelling using Excel (advanced formulas, scenario modelling, and data manipulation). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or CRM analytics is a strong plus. Strong understanding of sales processes, quota structures, go-to-market dynamics, and how commercial pipeline health drives top-line revenue. Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
