Contributes to data collection, experiments, or studies; prepares materials and maintains research tools or resources. Helps manage project documentation and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of deliverables. Job Description Job Responsibilities Research specialist will perform human brain histopathological staining, including preparation of specimens (fixation, embedding, sectioning) and digital image analysis of histopathological images and ex vivo acquired 7T MRI images of brain tissue. Other responsibilities include managing databases of digital images/data, assisting with brain sampling at autopsy and performing basic statistical analyses of data. Other duties as assigned Position is Contingent upon grant funding Qualifications Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
