What You'll Do: Provide skilled nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being Conduct assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support STNAs and nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations What We're Looking For: Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Long-term care experience preferred but not required Why Join Hillsboro Post Acute?
