Serve as the central hub of the clinical team, harmonizing efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated healthcare journey. Expertly translate physician and nursing orders into high-quality clinical actions, ensuring safety and accuracy are at the forefront of everything you do. Expertly guide patients beyond our walls as you collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate thoughtful, comprehensive discharge plans. Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
