Location: Owasso, Ok Facility: Ascension St John Owasso Department: Med Surg | ICU Schedule: Full-time | Days #NextGenHealthcare Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within the unit(s). Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s). Develops and implements policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in the unit(s). Develops and maintains quality monitoring systems for the assigned unit(s). Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
