Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Company: Behavioral Bridges, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time. Monday 5pm-8pm; Tuesday-Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm Location: In-person – Salisbury, NC Pay: $21 per hour Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision • Collect and record accurate session data • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education Qualifications • Current RBT Certification (required) • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred) • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) • Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred) • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial) What We Offer • Competitive pay: $$21-23 per hour • Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees) • Consistent daytime schedule (Monday–Friday) • Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization • Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs • Company-provided iPad Background Check All candidates must pass a background check.
