 Regional Marketing Manager, Industrial Biosolutions, PHB MEIA, Location :Istanbul, Türkiye. The role has regional responsibility across MEIA. The PHB MEIA Marketing & New Channels team is an integrated regional function combining Regional Marketing, Strategic Intelligence & MarCom, Commercial Excellence, and Inside Sales. Regional Marketing provides dedicated industry ownership, while the regional capability teams contribute intelligence, communications, digital engagement, commercial capability building, and scalable customer coverage. We work collaboratively across industries, markets, and functions, deploying capabilities against regional growth priorities, Must Win Battles, launches, and customer opportunities. Together, we help the business interpret change, make stronger strategic choices, build winning commercial capabilities, and create scalable impact through biosolutions. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people-management responsibility. The role provides leadership through expertise, strategic influence, stakeholder alignment, and the mobilization of cross-functional teams. The Regional Marketing Manager, Industrial Biosolutions, owns the regional industry strategy and growth agenda for Starch, Sugar, Oils & Fats, and Bioprocessing across MEIA. The role translates Global and Business Unit strategies into regional growth priorities, Must Win Battles, portfolio choices, commercial focus, and innovation direction. By integrating customer, market, competitive, and business insights, the RMM shapes decisions on portfolio priorities, pricing perspectives, value propositions, customer segmentation, and go-to-market approaches. The role represents the Industrial Biosolutions agenda in relevant regional and global forums, guides strategic discussions on opportunities, threats, and resource priorities, and mobilizes cross-functional teams to convert strategic choices into measurable business impact. This is a regional strategic individual contributor role with leadership responsibility across several industries, markets, and functions. The role operates in a global matrix and works closely with IGMs, Sales Directors, Business Units, Global Marketing, Innovation, Technical Service, Strategic Intelligence & MarCom, Commercial Excellence, Inside Sales, and other regional and global stakeholders. The role must connect insights across industries with different market dynamics and maturity levels, balance business defense with growth creation, and make strategic choices from complex or incomplete information. Success requires clear prioritization, strong commercial judgment, influence without formal authority, and the ability to align stakeholders around focused decisions and actions. Essential • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience, in marketing, business, science, engineering, industrial biotechnology, or a related field. • Significant experience in strategic marketing, business development, industry management, portfolio management, or commercial leadership in a B2B environment. • Demonstrated experience translating customer, market, competitive, and business insights into strategies and commercial choices. • Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership skills. • Fluency in English. Preferred • Experience in biosolutions, ingredients, industrial processing, food processing, biotechnology, or an adjacent industry. • Experience in portfolio management, pricing, customer segmentation, value proposition development, or innovation commercialization. • Experience working across multiple industries or business areas in a global matrix organization. • Knowledge of relevant MEIA markets or languages. • Experience using CRM, commercial analytics, market intelligence, or marketing technology tools.
