Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack - CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management with one unified system, consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single platform built for the AI era. We launched publicly in Feb 2026, are already 65 people, and have strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR within months of launch. About the Role We're looking for a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to own top-of-funnel sourcing and interview coordination. You'll keep the team organized, managing all coordination so recruiters and hiring managers can focus on evaluation. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on hiring speed and candidate experience. What You'll Do - Own interview coordination end to end, including scheduling, prep, reschedules, and status updates. - Partner with hiring manager and recruiters to deliver world class interview experiences. - Greet candidates and see around corners during onsite interviews. - Keep the ATS clean and track pipeline coverage, response rates, and time in stage. - Help document sourcing plays and scheduling workflows as we scale. What You'll Bring - Academic or professional experience in coordination, or a related high-volume operations role. - High attention to detail and comfort running many live processes at once. - Clear written communication and a strong focus on candidate experience. - High agency, speed and a builder mindset. Location San Francisco. We're an in-person team — 5 days in the office. At this stage, proximity genuinely accelerates product quality and team cohesion.
