Job description
Our story is simple: we’re a real estate company focused on epicenters of innovation for media and tech. That was our Chairman and CEO Victor Coleman’s vision when he founded the company in 2006. He began building a seasoned team, purchased two Hollywood studio lots, and dramatically expanded our California office footprint by taking the company public in 2010. Today, from our Los Angeles headquarters, to Silicon Valley, to San Francisco, to Seattle, to Vancouver and beyond, we own, transform, build and operate marquee office and studio properties. Fortune 500, premier growth companies and groundbreaking start-ups, with an emphasis on those in the media and tech industries, call these properties home. Our expertise and our industry relationships enable us to access markets and assets ahead of the curve. We concentrate on where the talent is and wants to be—just like our tenants and clients. We work closely with them to find and create the perfect environment, and to provide the services that enable their employees to thrive. We build, we create value and we’re always looking towards what’s next. Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team and support recruitment across the Hudson Pacific Properties, Sunset Studios, and Quixote Studios portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of positions throughout our corporate, studio, and production services businesses, with a particular focus on entry-level, operational, skilled trade, and other high-volume roles. The Recruiter will also play an integral role in supporting our summer internship program. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who is ready to independently manage searches, build strong partnerships with hiring managers across multiple business lines and locations, and continue developing their career in Talent Acquisition. What You'll Do: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, pre-employment processes, and onboarding handoff. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop candidate profiles, and establish effective recruiting strategies. Manage a portfolio of open positions across multiple business areas, with a focus on entry-level, administrative, operational, skilled trade, and high-volume roles. Provide hiring managers with regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, market feedback, and potential hiring challenges. Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods. Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions. Support the planning, recruitment, and execution of Hudson Pacific Properties’ summer internship program, including intern recruiting, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, programming, and other program initiatives. Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process. Conduct compensation and market research to help inform recruiting strategies and hiring decisions. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and disposition information within the applicant tracking system. Track recruiting activity and assist with reporting on key Talent Acquisition metrics, including time to fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline activity, and other recruiting trends. Partner with the broader People & Culture team on recruiting initiatives, process improvements, employer branding, and special projects. Participate in career fairs, networking events, internship recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed. Ensure recruit
