As a Quality Manager Regional Tolling in Naarden, you will play a key role in ensuring quality, food safety, and compliance across our tolling operations. You will shape and implement quality standards, processes, and continuous improvement projects for our warehouse partner in Lommel (Belgium) . A regular presence in Lommel is an essential part of the role (at least one day per week), in addition to travel for audits, projects, training, and operational support. You will directly report to our Regional Tolling Manager Europe Taste and Wellbeing Operations Sounds interesting? You will be the quality lead for tolling activities, partnering with our teams, laboratories, suppliers, and external partners to ensure product quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will be: Lead quality decisions related to non-conformities and product quality issues. Manage customer complaints and supplier quality concerns to support business continuity and supply reliability. Qualify, audit, and oversee tolling partners, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. Build relationships with tollers to lead quality performance and continuous improvement. Coordinate external laboratories, including contracts, service agreements, and performance management. Lead quality audits and follow-up actions across tolling operations. Drive key quality processes and support operational excellence initiatives. Oversee internal and external quality control laboratory activities. Provide guidance, training, and support on process technology and quality standards at toller sites. What you'll bring BSc/MSc in Food Science, Quality, Microbiology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of quality management experience in the food, ingredients, chemical, or manufacturing industry. Experience in quality operations within production environments. Experience in auditing and quality systems. Experience working in complex, matrix organizations and across different cultures. Fluent English; Dutch knowledge would be beneficial.
