High Level Statement of the Role The Quality Manager serves as the team leader of the plant Quality organization. The quality manager finds, implements, and maximizes the utilization of world class people, processes, systems, software, and techniques for relentless, continuous, measurable improvement in every area of the organization. The quality manager is directly responsibility via the organization he/she heads, for supplier quality, quality engineering, failure analysis engineering, reliability engineering and testing, customer quality, RMA/field failure analysis, and corrective and preventive actions, compliance with customer specifications, compliance with industrial standards, certifications, and regulations, as well as receiving and outgoing inspection and audit.
