As a Quality Control Specialist, you will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of creative and digital deliverables before release. You will work closely with Designers, Producers, Developers, and Creative Teams to identify issues and ensure assets meet brand, creative, technical, and client requirements. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Design, Digital Production, Creative Production, or related fields who have a strong eye for detail and enjoy problem-solving. Whether you are looking to grow your QC experience or transition from a creative background into Quality Control, this role offers the opportunity to build expertise across creative production, testing, technical validation, and digital workflows. You will review a variety of deliverables, including static assets, video, HTML emails, banners, websites, and digital experiences, while developing your knowledge of QC methodologies, technical specifications, testing practices, and digital production workflows . This position requires full on-site attendance, five days per week , at the Barreal office (Heredia, Zona Franca Metropolitana), from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (CR time) . You Will Review creative and digital deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand, creative, client, and technical requirements. Identify and document visual, content, functional, and technical issues, providing clear and actionable feedback. Review assets across different formats, including static creatives, video, HTML banners, emails, websites, social media, and digital experiences. Apply established QC processes and checklists to ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards before release. Partner closely with Designers, Producers, Developers, Production Artists, and other creative teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Review specifications such as dimensions, file formats, naming conventions, copy, links, layouts, and other delivery requirements. Develop an understanding of digital production workflows and how creative assets are built, adapted, and delivered across different channels. Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and initiatives that help improve quality and production efficiency. Continue developing your QC and digital production knowledge through hands-on experience, training, and collaboration with the team. You Have Advanced English level (B2+/C1 in reading, writing, and conversation). 2+ years of experience in Design, Digital Production, Creative Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field. A strong eye for detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, and potential quality issues. Good understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, spacing, color, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency. Experience working with creative assets and understanding how designs are prepared for different formats and channels. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Celtra Basic understanding of digital asset specifications, including dimensions, file formats, exports, and delivery requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback. Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and QC practices. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment. Nice to Have Previous experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Creative QA role. Experience reviewing digital, social media, video, email, HTML, web, or interactive assets. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Familiarity with web browsers, browser developer tools, or digital testing environments. Experience with defect tracking or workflow management platforms such as Central or similar tools. Basic understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
